Shipping Policy

At Interlock, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Each piece is handled with care to maintain the quality you expect from us.

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. For customized or made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–14 working days depending on design details and availability.

Delivery Time:
For local orders within Pakistan, standard delivery takes 2–5 working days once dispatched. During festive seasons or sales, delivery timelines may extend slightly due to high order volumes.

Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. You can view the estimated delivery fee by adding your address during the checkout process. Shipping amounts will be refunded after 4% deduction in case of refunding shipping charges.

Order Verification:
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified through a phone call or message before dispatch. Repeat customers may have their orders processed directly for convenience.

International Orders:
We also cater to international clients. Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Processing international payments may take up to 3 business days.

International Shipping:

Payments for International shipping services are typically utilized promptly to secure rates with our shipping partners and maintain a minimum profit margin. As such, refunds for shipping payments are subject to approval and may not be feasible once funds are committed to the shipping company. We recommend reviewing our refund policy and communicating with our team regarding any concerns or changes to shipping arrangements.

 

Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities may require us to declare the value of the shipment, and such charges vary by region and cannot be predicted.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.
