Customized or made-to-order pieces require full payment in advance.

Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are made specifically for you.

Slight variations in color or embroidery may occur due to lighting and fabric nature.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all ready-to-wear items within 3–5 working days.

Custom orders may take 10–20 working days depending on design and fabric availability.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.

Custom and sale items are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content displayed on our website are property of Interlock. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
